Location: Indentation about one finger-width behind the midpoint between the eyebrow and outer eye corner
Technique: Press with thumbs in circular motions for 1 minute
Effect: Relieves migraines and eye strain - Fengchi (GB20)
Location: Back of the neck, in the hollows on either side below the skull base
Technique: Pinch and press with thumb and index finger for 20 seconds
Effect: Eases tension headaches - Hegu (LI4)
Location: Back of the hand, between the thumb and index finger
Technique: Apply firm pressure until slightly sore (30 sec per side)
Effect: A universal pain-relief point, great for stress headaches
